This is our second signature blend combining a bright Mexican Chiapas light roast with rich chocolatey and earthy Brazil and Sumatra medium-dark roasts.  It was created to pay homage to the spring season and all of the passion and patience that turkey hunters experience every year.  A counterpart to our Brow Tine Blend, Full Strut captures a mellow and earthy body with bright, airy, & distinct flavor notes like the way nature comes back to life in the spring when wild turkeys thrive.
